What to Expect

Our Warranty Process

Step 1: Check Warranty Eligibility

Before proceeding, make sure all of the following apply:

✔ You are the original purchaser or recipient of the item.
✔ You have reviewed the warranty terms for your product's brand.
✔ Your product was purchased directly from McClintock's Water Ski School & Pro Shop, not from another retailer or second-hand source.

Step 2: Submit a Claim

Fill out the form below, providing all details and photos of the issue.

Step 3: Approval Process

We’ll review your claim and work with the manufacturer for approval. Once approved, we’ll contact you with the next steps.

Step 4: Replacement Process
  • In-Person Service: Drop off your damaged item at our location. If the replacement is in stock, you’ll take it home the same day.
  • Remote Service: The manufacturer will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Once they receive your item, they’ll ship the replacement directly to you.
