Our store is powered by Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform that enables online transactions.

Orders and Pricing

When you place an order, you’re offering to purchase a product subject to these Terms. We may decline or limit your order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping or taxes unless otherwise stated. All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from Canada. Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is in the carrier’s possession.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. Some items, such as sale items, gift cards, and demo skis, are non-returnable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Product Information

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device will display colors or details with complete accuracy. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.
