At McClintock’s Water Ski School & Pro Shop, we’re committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will ship, along with our responsibilities and yours.
Order Processing
In-Season (May–September):
Orders placed by 12:00 PM EST are typically processed and shipped the same day if all items are in stock. Custom and pre-order items will ship upon arrival at our facility.
Off-Season (October–April):
Orders ship once per week. For urgent orders during this time, please contact us at info@skimcclintocks.com or call 519-212-3081.
Shipping Options
Domestic (Canada):

Free shipping is available on orders over $750 CAD (before taxes and after discounts).

Standard shipping fees apply to all other orders and are calculated at checkout.

If you have a preferred carrier or delivery instructions, please leave a note at checkout or contact us directly.
International Orders:
We do not offer international shipping through the website. Please email us at info@skimcclintocks.com for a custom shipping quote.
Note: Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes on international shipments.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. In some cases, items may ship directly from our suppliers to reduce delivery time. If so, tracking details may be delayed.
In-Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order? Choose Local Pickup at checkout.

Pickup Hours:

June to August: Daily, 9 AM – 5 PM (Evening pickups available Monday to Thursday by appointment)

September to May: By appointment only.
We’ll email you when your order is ready for pickup.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, and results in delays or rerouting, additional shipping fees may apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delays and Delivery Issues
We do our best to meet promised delivery timelines, but once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for delays due to weather, customs, or carrier-related issues.
If a shipment is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors or building staff. If it still cannot be found, contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@skimcclintocks.com or call 519-212-3081. Be sure to keep all packaging and include your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe and tracking shows no updates, contact us. We’ll help investigate with the carrier and arrange a solution if the package is deemed lost.
