Radar Skis Warranty

LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Radar’s product warranty applies only to the original purchaser (or the individual it was originally purchased for) and replaces all other express warranties or obligations from Radar, its distributors, or retailers.

Coverage

• Radar offers a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase (receipt required) to repair or replace products at no charge for defects in materials or workmanship.
• After 1 year, Radar may repair at cost or replace at half the current retail price for the lifetime of the original owner.
• Warranties are only valid in the country of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

• Damage from misuse, abuse, modification, or normal wear (e.g., handle dings) is not covered.
• Products older than 5 model years are not eligible for warranty, regardless of the purchase date.

Care & Maintenance Guidelines

• Cleaning: Only use soap and water to clean skis, and rinse thoroughly. Do not wax, paint, or alter ski bottoms.
• Boot Storage: Dry boots completely before storing. Wet boots stored in unventilated spaces may develop material defects that are not covered under warranty.
• Sunlight Exposure: Prolonged sun exposure can cause color fading, which is not covered under warranty. Use a Radar bag or store in the shade to protect your product.
• Custom Fitting Liners: Custom fitting of liners should be performed by authorized dealers only. Do not use ovens, microwaves, hair dryers or other devices for the purpose of heat molding INTUITION liners.
